Updates Coming Soon – 0.9Beta
Hi All,
Over the next week there will be some exciting updates and small fixes to ColdBrew Helpdesk.
These updates will include:
- Downloads working
- Announcements working
- ReCapatcha security implemented to new tickets, ticket lookups.
- Minor text and css changes.
- Implementation of different language options for CB ( someone has already submitted one for Italian)
The response has been overwhelming and I thank you for all your kind comments about CB.
I also thank you for testing out the system and reporting bugs. CB will only get better in time with all the help from the community.
If you are interested in working on this project please send me a note. I’d be happy to have some help

I love the Coldbrew Helpdesk. I will replace my existing helpdesk with Coldbrew as soon as the ReCapatcha security feature is in place. So far, I am really happy with it. Can’t wait for 0.9-beta, and future updates.
Oh, yeah! A long time PMOS user who is pumped about your project!! Are you close to the 0.9 beta or should I just proceed with an install of the current version available at Sourceforge? Thanks in advance…
