Updates Coming Soon – 0.9Beta

Hi All,

Over the next week there will be some exciting updates and small fixes to ColdBrew Helpdesk.

These updates will include:

1. Downloads working
2. Announcements working
3. ReCapatcha security implemented to new tickets, ticket lookups.
4. Minor text and css changes.
5. Implementation of different language options for CB ( someone has already submitted one for Italian)

The response has been overwhelming and I thank you for all your kind comments about CB.

I also thank you for testing out the system and reporting bugs. CB will only get better in time with all the help from the community.
If you are interested in working on this project please send me a note. I’d be happy to have some help

Beta Finally Released!

After about a year of other commitments. The ColdBrew Helpdesk Beta has been released. Head over to the Sourceforge Page to download it.

Working Together – Core Team

Hey Everyone,
I’m looking for a couple more people to help develop ColdBrew Helpdesk and get the first release out.

You will become apart of the CB Core Team.

If you are expirienced in CSS and PHP and have some time you could dedicate to the project let me know.

There are some big plans in the pipeline right now to have a module system built into it and I need more people to help with that for future releases.

The blog I had before was hosted on sourceforge and wasn’t working out to great because of the write access restrictions sourceforge has.
